Helm seats are economically designed for added comfort. They are constructed of rugged UV-stabilized poiyethylene to withstand the rigors of the marine environment while maintaining their good looks for years of boating enjoyment. Cushion sets feature a glove pocket and velcro with stainless steel fasteners. AH Seat Slider Packages include a seat, cushion set, manual slider and 15" pedestal.

Superus Drop-Away System

(PATENT PENDING) Todd is revolutionizing the marine seating industry with the introduction of its new Superus (Patent Pending) Drop-Away System. This unique system allows the seat bottom to drop out of the way, thus enabling the user to stand in position. The uniquely designed slider in the pedestal base provides 6" of fore and aft adjustment of both the seat and the pedestal as well as 360° rotation. These features combine to enable chair rotation even when chairs are installed dose together or dose to a bulkhead or sidewall. This is important for run-about and center console boats, since conventional drop-out bolster seats are unable to swivel to face aft. The elimination of a large bulky frame, as is found under most racing bolster seats, and the compactness of Todd's seats makes it possible for them to fit in boats 17' and larger.

Front section of seat cushion flips up to function as a leaning post. Heavily padded vertical surface area gives good support to legs and seat arms give additional lateral support. Adjustable slider allows 6" for and aft movement. 18" pedestal on a 9" pedestal base. For safe operation, pedestal base must be thru-bolted to the deck using stainless steel bolts, washers and nuts.
