Battery Boxes are rotationally molded of premium grade high density polyethylene with a seamless, heavy wall construction to maintain their strong impact properties in temperatures as cold as -40 Fahrenheit. Traey Battery Boxes have superior chemical resistance to eliminate worries of electrolyte spills or contact with grease, oil, etc. The full flow ventilation assures adequate cooling and added longevity of the battery. When properly installed the Battery Boxes comply with U.S. Coast Guard Code of Federal Regulations #33, Sub-Chapter #183.420. Available in gray or black. Available in black only. When properly installed complies with USCG code of Federal Regulation #33, Sub-chapter 183.420.
